mr. chen, a phd. from beijing institute of technology, is one of the first researchers committed to graphene applications. during his phd study, he created a rlcp graphene non-newtonian fluid material, which has a great variety of applications, including electronic heat-sinking and enhancement of stf rheological mechanics. in addition, he enabled the industrial production of graphene cooling technology for high-power led lighting for the first time. in 2017, this pioneering achievement to win “outstanding contribution to the graphene industry” award issued by cgia. he put forward a highly intensive intelligent infrastructure solution based on street lamp heads, which can be widely used in such digital road scenarios as smart parking management, roads without hidden dangers, and driverless vehicles. the solution was the only product in the smart street lamp industry to be awarded innovation award at the world internet of things convention in 2019.  

he has been included into the south taihu elite program of huzhou city, zhejiang province, in 2013 as leading talent in technological innovation, and honored with the first prize in the 2016 (beijing-tianjin-hebei) international graphene innovation competition, the first prize in the shandong province science and technology worker innovation competition in 2018, zhejiang province youth entrepreneurship award in 2019, and china carbon label pioneer award in 2019.
